Then bake in your Dutch oven until the apples are tender and sweet, and the oat filling piping hot and caramelized with a crunchy layer on top. While they are baking, have the kids make ice cream in a bag to serve on the side!

Strawberry Cheesecake Cobbler

Similar to a classic French clafoutis, this cake-cheesecake hybrid is studded with juicy strawberries for a custardy cake that makes the perfect summertime treat. Dust with powdered sugar for an irresistible presentation!

The linked recipe provides home-oven directions, but it can easily be made in a Dutch oven–use about 16 coals on top and 7 coals under the oven to mimic a 375F oven.
