Whether you’re cooking on game day, tailgating, or camping, these Blackstone recipes & ideas are easy, delicious, and easily feed a crowd.

Steak and pepper cooking on a blackstone griddle.

We added a Blackstone griddle to our camp kitchen years ago, and it’s stayed in constant rotation ever since. The flat, wide cooking surface means you can cook eggs, bacon, and hash browns side by side and have it all ready at the same time, no juggling a single skillet to feed a crowd.

Blackstones have also become the go-to option for camping in places where fire bans are common, especially in summer. They run on propane, so you can keep cooking real meals even when campfires are off the table.

They’re just as useful in the backyard. Tailgates, game days, feeding a crowd at the campsite, this list covers all of it.

First cook the seasoned ground beef on the Blackstone, then assemble a pile of tortilla chips and all the fixings on a metal sheet pan, and then use your griddle to heat it all up until the cheese is melted and the toppings are piping hot. Then dig in!

Really dislike “Blackstone”, “Blackstone”, “Blackstone”. I think it would taste the same without the commercialization.

Hey Marcus, I get where you’re coming from. We know that a lot of folks use the Blackstone, but these would work with a different griddle as well.
(For what it’s worth, we weren’t paid by this company to share this.)
Thanks for the feedback,
Megan
