Your Fall Camping Menu is Here!

Hello friend!

I don’t think there’s any question about it: fall is our FAVORITE camping season. Cooler weather, golden foliage, and fewer crowds? Sign us up! (Or we’ll first-come-first-serve it, because now there are sites available!)

But with the change of season comes a change of menu. It’s time to swap out the watermelon, grilled corn, and kebabs for cozy, fall-inspired favorites. We’re talking apples, pumpkins, and hearty campfire stews. Basically, all the warm, comforting stuff we’ve been waiting for all summer.

We’ve rounded up our coziest fall camping recipes to inspire your next trip (or maybe convince you to book one!).

And here are our favorites mentioned in the video!

Happy camping!

Thanks Terry! We’re just getting back into making videos, so it means a lot to hear that you enjoy it! Hopefully will be doing more them soon.

I agree with Terry. Video is great! It’s that personal element, as Terry pointed out. Plus it’s cool to see two Camping Superstars live! More videos please! Was a bright and calming spot in my inbox. Love your recipes – you are my go to – used your One Pot Chili Mac on a canoe trip last weekend, with a couple of modifications as couldn’t take ground beef.

Hi Kathy,
Thank you for the kind words! So glad to hear that the One Pot Chili Mac has become a go-to. Not sure if you own a dehydrator, but if you do we also made a dehydrated version of the chili mac that you could use in the future (I wouldn’t bring ground beef on a canoe trip, either!).
Cheers,
Megan

Make ahead bake beans are out of this world. Very good. I am going to be trying your campfire bake apples.
