1(3 oz)Endangered Species Smooth + Creamy Milk Chocolate barchopped
¼cupmilk or creamdairy or non-dairy
Dippers of choicestrawberries, graham crackers, apples, pretzels, marshmallows, biscotti, bananas, etc.
Instructions
Fill a small pot with 1"-2" of water and place on a camp stove or over a campfire to heat.
Chop the chocolate bar and place it in a bowl that will sit on top of the pot.
Once the water begins to steam, place the bowl on the pot and use a spoon or small spatula to stir until melted.
Add milk ~1 tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly, until the fondue reaches your desired consistency.
Remove the pot from the heat and serve the fondue with your favorite "dippers"! If the chocolate begins to firm up, simply return the pot and bowl to the heat to warm it back up.
